Poor

Poor communication. False delivery dates. Took soo long to be delivered despite having communicated it was a presentation gift for my wedding. Revised arrival was when we would be away for our honeymoon which we communicated and asked for signature on arrival, they lied that a signature was requested on arrival. The watch spent 3.5 weeks being rained on on our veranda.

Strawberry Theif in indigo

I have loved the Strawberry Thief by Morris & Co for many years and was thrilled when I found a watch with this design. The watch itself is lovely. The perlon strap, however, is very stiff and uncomfortable. I have fairly small wrists and there is very little strap extending beyond the clasp - this strap definitely runs on the small side. I truly wish that this watch had interchangeable straps - the metal mesh straps that are available on other August Berg watches would be perfect. If it weren’t for the strap this watch would be a perfect 5 stars.

Still Getting Used to the Watchband

I, too, have found the woven dark teal watchband somewhat difficult to use. The watchband is perforated on one side, but not so on the outside. I worry that in trying to get the pointy bit of the buckle through the hole I will damage the woven outer part of the band. I bought a smaller version (Petite) of the Strawberry Thief watch for my daughter, and it came with a lovely leather band. I would love to have a band like this for my watch. Otherwise I really like this watch.

This watch is so pretty & unique! I love the colors of the pattern- I got the blue color. The band is pretty but also kind of stiff- would honestly have preferred the pretty embossed leather strap that is available on other versions of this watch but I loved this particular version's colors & the way the design popped in the colors that I went ahead & got it with the perlon strap- it is a nice strap just the same. Its been keeping accurate time. It was packaged securely & shipped quickly. Super happy with my purchase! 😊

The watch itself is very, very beautiful. I wish the description of the band had been more clear, as it’s lined with leather, but it’ll be easy to replace. And the band is lovely if you don’t mind the skin.
