To ensure the authenticity of an August Berg timepiece, it must be purchased directly from our website or from an authorized August Berg retailer. Purchasing from unauthorized third-party vendors risks receiving a counterfeit, used, or defective watch. Every August Berg timepiece is branded with a unique serial number you can check upon registering your account on our website — or contact us at contact@augustberg.com.

August Berg watches come in various sizes — 26mm, 30mm, 32mm, 38mm and 40mm. See our size guide for help choosing the right fit.

All August Berg watches come with a carefully selected Japanese quartz movement, paired with surgical-grade stainless steel cases and our hand-finished straps.

We offer four signature strap families: Perlon — lightweight, breathable, hidden hole. Italian leather — full-grain tanning with the AB-infinity engraved buckle. Milanese mesh — surgical-grade 316L stainless steel. Steel link — durable, hypoallergenic 316L bracelets, safe for prolonged skin contact.

Yes. Our Italian leather straps are vegetable-tanned to the highest standard, and variations or patina are part of the character of genuine leather. To preserve yours, treat the strap with a leather protector before wear, and keep it away from heat, water, humidity, makeup and perfume.

1. Pull the crown out until you hear a click. 2. Turn the crown to set the time. 3. Push the crown all the way back in.

1. Use the strap tool to lift the clasp. 2. Slide the clasp to the desired length. 3. Push the clasp back down to secure. It takes less than a minute.

August Berg uses the best plating methods available, but all plating wears over time — especially with exposure to perfumes, lotions and water. Remove your watch in those situations to extend its finish. Rose-gold plating is, by nature, slightly less durable and fades faster.

We provide a 24-month warranty on movement and internal components for manufacturer defects, plus a 15-day post-receipt warranty on defects under normal use. External components (strap, case, glass, clasp), water damage on non-water-resistant watches, misuse, modifications and natural wear are excluded. Read the full Warranty Policy.

Free worldwide shipping on all orders. Once payment is verified, please allow up to 24 hours for processing (excluding weekends and public holidays). Read the full Shipping policy.

International: 4–6 working days. Engraved orders: additional 1–3 working days. In rare cases, customs clearance may delay delivery.

All duties and taxes are included in the price — what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. There are no surprise charges on arrival.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. The watch must be unworn, intact, with all protective film, components, packaging and gifts in original condition. We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To choose a different item, size, or model, please return your original order under our return policy and place a new order.
