Great watch, and customer service

Love this watch. I had a problem with the battery dying twice, and August Berg sent me a replacement head. Their customer service is exceptional, making me a lifelong customer!

The watch didn't look right on my wife's wrist; it was too small, despite my efforts to measure and guess what would look right. Simply a complication of internet procurement for fashion item! On 6/11/24 we sent it back to AB, for a refund that promptly showed up on our credit card. We were treated very fairly. Thank you!!

Okay but quality control needs work

Watch is fine and is what I expected for the price. Unfortunately the hour needle has scuffed polish or a greasy finger print marring it. Would have been easy to avoid if QC was better. Expected more for a quartz watch at this price.

Worst brand experience ever

Made online purchase on 29 Apr for 2 watches as a gift for an important occasion. It's 12 May and it's no where in sight. I was told that it will arrive 8-9pm. It's 11pm. First I was told on 8 May (after I emailed to ask on 5 May) that the engraver was closed the week of 1 May. And they are expediting the engraving to send out asap. Then I chased up again on 10 May to ask about the delivery. They assured me that I will receive it by 11 May. And of course I did not. I had to reach out again on 12 May to enquire. And what a surprise I was told that the delivery was unsuccessful timed 11 May 1031pm. I was home the whole evening and night. No door bell no phone ring. I was promised again that I will receive the item on 12 May 8-9pm. And I told the customer service to hand my mobile phone to the delivery company. And yet again, nothing in sight no phone call. Nothing. 11pm. And they are closed on the weekend and there is no way to reach out to them. Or the delivery company. Wow. Don't trust your money to this brand. It's a major disappointment.

Wonderful unique timepiece

Love this piece. Can't speak on how it holds up over time, though, as I've only had it a few weeks. But this will probably be my signature watch for a long time. I do wish August Berg made a blue leather strap with a rose gold buckle, though. Please think about it!
